Refunds + Returns

We build every drop with intention: crafted, sealed, and shipped like it matters. Because it does.

We want you to feel fully taken care of when you order from us. If something goes sideways, we'll make it right.

Because our products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted, unless the item is unopened and in its original condition.

If you need to request a refund or exchange, reach out to us at hello@drinkmolten.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue. Photos help us move fast, send a couple clear shots of what's wrong, if you can.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable.

One thing: please check in with us before sending anything back. Unapproved returns can't be refunded or replaced, it keeps the process smooth for everyone.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@drinkmolten.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it free of charge.

No need to send anything back, this one's on us.

Please double-check your details before submitting. Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, including all pre-sale drops.
