Refund policy
At Molten Smoky Colas, we want every order to arrive accurately and in good condition. If your shipment arrives with leaking or punctured cans, or if items are missing from your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Except as expressly described below, Backstage Infusions LLC d/b/a Molten Smoky Colas does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been shipped and delivered. Returns may only be considered for products that are damaged during transit or shipments that are returned to us due to an incomplete or undeliverable address.
Please note that cosmetic dents or minor packaging imperfections do not affect product quality or safety. As a result, dented cans that remain sealed and intact are not eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.
Damaged Shipments
If cans arrive punctured, leaking, or otherwise materially damaged during transit, please notify us promptly and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging when requested.
Depending on the extent of the damage, Molten may provide one of the following remedies:
- Three (3) or more damaged cans: Replacement of the damaged quantity, subject to product availability.
- Fewer than three (3) damaged cans: Store credit equal to the value of the damaged product.
Because we are unable to ship individual replacement cans, orders involving fewer than three damaged cans will generally be resolved through store credit rather than product replacement.
Missing Deliveries
If a carrier marks your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for final delivery, as carrier tracking systems may occasionally update before a package physically arrives.
If your order has still not been received after this period, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, provide a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.
Wholesale Orders
Return, refund, replacement, and credit policies applicable to wholesale customers are governed separately under the Supplemental Terms of Service, Wholesale Accounts contained within Molten's Terms of Service and supersede this retail refund policy where applicable.
